Garmin troubleshooting Frozen at 10.10.21am today.Completely unresponsive.Bevel buttons everything.

If you cannot find the solution in the user manual, I would return the watch.

take the back off and place it on inside of the house windowsill, this hot, sunny dry environment will speed the drying process, it may take a few days.

There are several five-letter words from those letters, including "bluff", "fiver", and "fluff".

You need a watchmaker to examine it and determine if it is not being properly charged or the capacitor is bad.

If you haven't already done so, try replacing the battery.

You can remove the battery cover with a small coin, check the type (all batteries are marked) and buy a replacement.

You may need completely reset your device, but as the very first step I'd advise to check compatibility with Windows Vista.

Love my watch, Was placing it on wrist, time correct, pressed button to test pulse and everything went blank. Pressed reset button, with no effect. It has a high pitched whine when placed at ear.
Does this mean I need a new battery, and where is that done, so I don't mess it up.
Appreciate any help as I don't have the instruction book either,

The reset will always solve the issue. It may have been due to Electromagnetic Interference or Static Electricity.

You can press and hold ALL buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds. After that, simply reset the time/date. All saved information will be stored.
