How do I get into my Powersafe TR36 with no batteries or key?

when you say that it goes to safe mode do you see safe mode written on all four sides of the screen?
if you cant see it then there is problem with your graphic driver or graphic card

Monitor starts only to powersafe mode

First check voltage of IC 4 (mb 3756) pin #8 in TX mode should be 8.0 volts. Check the voltage of the center leg of Tr36 (Final) and of Tr38 (Driver) RX=13.78 volts DC, TX=4.5 to 6.5 volts..

I know this post is months old, maybe you didn't open your safe yet or maybe someone else could use the advice.

The batteries are no inside the safe because of this reason, that you should be able to change them if they run dry.

Under the key panel is a long plastic panel. You can slide it to the right and underneath you find the battery compartment.

4 x AA batteries

restart the ups by to turning off your ups and main source. and turn it on again. anybe the battery u purchase is deflected. change the new battery & test again. i suggest to replace other type of battery like neuton power, chloride powersafe as this type is much reliable and cost saving. the cost of the the problem if still occur it could the setting of the UPS that it to configue.. ask the vendor to check your ups
