Not closing properly. tends to hang low. A little lift and it is sealed properly. How do I re-align the freezer door

Had the same problem, your ice maker is a known defect, insist they replace it. Don't expect heavy ice output -- our biggest complaint.

I have read that if you unplug the unit and plug it back in again, it will "reset" it. I would wait 15 or so minutes before replugging just to be sure. Of course, this solution doesn't preclude the problem from happening again - sounds like a manufacturing defect to me.

i would check the magnetic seal around the door to make sure it is not letting air in ...this is the cause of the over freezing.

Hi The sound comes when there is ice build up around the fan
and the fan will hit it causing this sound. You can try to leave it unplugged
for around 4-24hrs and also make sure that the area near the back is clear so
that airflow can get through. If the issue returns then replace the thermostat.
