    Hi Anonymous, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. How old is it? does it pull easy? Have you checked the spark arrestor?

It won't start. The pull chord won't pull out. Even a little. It was out at one time, in the loop on the mower handle, but I had to let it go into the motor and now it won't come out.

You will probably have to disassemble the rewind assembly and either replace the rope and/or straighten out the cord and properly reconnect it to the flywheel connection. Kits usually are available at the Sears parts store or lawn and garden centers that handle lawn mowers everywhere.
