You might want to try the troubleshooting procedures on pg 47.

States if error code appears, "Call your dealer or Star Trac at (800) 503-1221, or USA 1-714-669-1660 for service."

According to pages 47-50 of the install guide, section on FAULT FINDING, the alternating H and F indicates Flame Detection Short Circuit Error. Actions are: Remove flame detection electrode terminal from PCB. Test for continuity between 2 terminal pins? If YES, replace flame detection electrode. If NO, replace PCB. For a 99 626, the service information says that code '7' is for the passenger side airbag module. I know that your question says that you have a code '47', but the information has codes 1 / 2 / 3 / 6 / 7 / 11 / 12. It states "replace SAS module for codes not listed." The SAS module is the main airbag computer.

I have the fault description paper tucked under my instrument panel on my washer. Error 47 says Basket Disengage Fault, and under that it says: The floating basket has not engaged even though the pressure sensor indicates that the tub is empty. Check that the clutch or the pressure tube is not blocked or crushed.

so it appears that it is the 1st two.
First try clearing them and see if they return when driving rather than chasing a ghost code that was set sometime ago by an instance,not an actual current fault.
If they return,let me know and we will work towards repair.
