SOURCE: Flatron W2252TQ goes into 'power saving mode'
I had a similar problem with an LG monitor that I resolved by connecting the analogue cable as well as the digital cable from the pc. This problem must be caused by the monitor not receiving a digital signal.
SOURCE: lg flatron w2252tq screen says analog power
There should be a menu button on the monitor to change it to digital. It should be labeled source. It should be on the front second from the right.
SOURCE: monitor will not stay on
First of all check your mains lead make sure it is not fused. then check the lead from the monitor to the computer make sure it is connected ok then check your video card You can try connecting the monitor to another computer to see if it works on that one
