SOURCE: Battery fully charged chair levers engaged to

Has your scooter been sitting idle for several weeks, or has it been connected to the charger 24 hours a days for a long time? If so, the batteries may have become damaged and will give you enough power to turn the controller on but not enough to make the motors run.
If the lights come on and are steady, the manual brake levers are in the drive position and the chair still will not move, I recommend replacing the batteries. If anything else were wrong, either the lights would flash or not come on at all.
I hope this information is helpful to you, good luck!

New batteries wont charge???.

I had same problem. I found a Zip Tie had dug in the wires that only effected the charging not the controlling part. Till the Zip Tie dug in farther, till it cut another wire, preventing the chair to move. That's is when I discovered it. After finding this out, my old batteries were probably good. I just assumed it was their end of life

Pride jazzy 1113, controller light scroll back and forth, wont move, i bought one new battery, it has full charge other battery is a little over 10 volts. is there way to test charger with volt meter?

The voltmeter should read 29 volts when on. You should never replace one battery and leave an old battery in the chair. Replace them both at the same time.

Put new batteries on and it wont move just flashes lights 4 times and then does nothing

Jesse the 4 flashes indicate a right motor problem. If Medicare bought your chair then they will pay for most of the repair cost. You can contact Repair Express @ 1-877-581-3733 or Roadrunner Mobility @ 1-800-467-2668 if Medicare paid for your chair. They will pick up your chair give you a loaner and return your chair repaired. If not then you will have to pay for the motor yourself and you can contact them to do a self pay repair. Hope this helps
