It might be a software error or a networking error..try re-installing it.

contact your service provider..the bbm will always work with out a data plan..you might need to add a data plan or make shure the wireless is on and you are in a wy fi zone

Frozen how? You can't open it ? Blackberry can do this sometimes if you drain the battery completely.. you must leave it plugged in until opens. Or, you can try a hard reset doing this:

Perform a hard reset to wipe all data from the BlackBerry Classic.
Open BlackBerry Link on your computer.
Connect the device to your computer using the USB cable.
Select your device on the left pane.
Go to "Back Up & Restore" > "Factory Reset" (Windows) or "BlackBerry Link" > "Preferences" > "Reload" > "Reload" (Mac OSX).

When is BBM coming to our smart phones

BBM for Android was supposed to be released on 21 Sept 2013, but was delayed.

Wont leet me delete my bbm

Hello ,
In order for you to delete the BBM you will have to go to settings ,apllication management and it will show the aplications that you have downloaded , then you can go to App World and install BBM again and then associate it with your BlackBerry ID if you want to keep your BBM contacts.

Can we check pin messages? do we need to have the target phone in our posession? do i need to download any program on the phone i need to check on? can i see BBM messages can i see emails??

You need to add your email to your blackberry to get emails. This can be found under email in the settings section. You wont recieve bbm messages unless you have another blackberry user in your bbm list. This is done by either giving out your pin number or entering the pin number of another blackberry into your phone.

Hi, my bbm is not working. I am not getting messages and I can not open the actual application. Everything else to be working but the bbm application. I've tried to take out the battery out 4 times...

Download and install the Blackberry Desktop Suite, connect BB to PC, go to Applications, and install the missing apps, putting the + sign in front of the app, then click install. Wait about 20 minutes, the phone restarts, and that's it!

This is usually an error with a recently installed app, (or app that was installed when you saw the error) try this out.
Option -> Advance Option -> Application -> (Application that you have just installed) -> (Menu Button) -> Edit Permission -> Check (Set) Allow All (Check All) -> (Menu Button) -> Save -> Reset Device (Remove Battery & Restart) -> Now start the program
