Error 5100 for canon mp 287 - Canon PIXMA

A old trick which may help:
Unplug the power cord from the printer. Wait about 1minute. As you plug in the power cord back in, press and hold the power on button for about 15-30 seconds, then release the button. Now power up the printer and see if the error clears.

I have a problem cannon Pixma MP 287 print paper can not enter when printed , if the paper can be rolled up

My canon MP287 dont print with black when photocopied.. When start to print the paper started to jam. There's no room to print

5600 is Hardware Error.Sounds like the printer have problem in logic board assembly.

Error code: 5600
Description: Cartridge displaced error
Symptom: blink in orange 9 times,beep 10 times

try removing and replacing the cartridge
