Why is mc 75 dead - Motorola MC75

manual transmission clutch pedal dead.
the reservoir full is first. MC fluid. if dry bingo , got leak for sure.

no fluid landing on garage floor or down sides of tires inside viewed./
no fluid down inside or outside firewall , right? did you look first.
fluid in MC reservoir is full. and does not drop day to day ever?right?

BRAKES 101 , modern
1; when did brakes work right last week , last year or?
2: fuses check all fuses first. ok?
3: ABS does not render real brakes dead, if ABS dies !
the brakes actual are now back to say 1995 and no ABS years.
if ABS is dead, say power (12vdc) is dead. so...
this is called failsafe by me.... the system regresses to just brakes.

4: if he MC is bad this does MC dead. a dead MC can have seals inside bad and leak inside not seen by man, and renders it dead. or super weak or pedal creeps top the floor....
this is not to say and old car 20 year old and abused, he ABS modulator is train wreck inside packed up in RUST and so bad it blocks bypass circuits and fails hARD. (true damage here is unlimited in rust mode)

abuse means not refreshing brake fluid every 2 years. (flushed with fresh DOT fluid) the fluid is hygroscopic ! , it eats water/humidly every day of its life. then rust things in the system. (unlimited damage possible end to end,.
I purge mine every year. (can save $1000+ later)

why not go to a brake shop and get it fixed. towed.
it is unsafe on the road , driven.

YOU DO KNOW THAT MC AND SLAVE BOTH WANT TO FAIL TOGETHER, (CORROSION INSIDE)
AND BLEEDING IS HARD, BUBBLES FLOAT UP AS BLEED.HAPPENS( a small war here)
AND GRAVITY BLEED HERE IS HOPELESS. sorry.

TOP END PRESSURE BLEEDING WINS. OR LOTS OF WORK DOING IT WRONG.(the lines are up HILL and bubbles float up)_
VACUUM BLEED CAN WORK IF HAND PUMP IS AGGRESSIVE.

THE PEDAL TO REAR OF MC, MUST HAVE GAP CLEARANCE
OR THE MC CAN NOT RECHARGE ON THE UP STROKE.
the MC bore has recharge port that must not be blocked, pedal up.


NOW LEARN MC GUTS INSIDE
THERE ARE 2 SEALS OR MORE. ONE OUTSIDE STOPS LEAKS, THEN 1 OR 2 INSIDE, ALLOWS IT TO PUMP AND MAKE PRESSURE, IF THIS INSIDE SEAL FAILS (UNSEEN BY HUMANS LACKING SUPERMAN XRAY VISION) THE MC IS 100%^ USELESS
PUT IN A NEW MC, AND SLAVE WAYWAY BEFORE THE MAIN CLUTCH, TRANNY PULLED.
REAR OF FIRE WALL LEAKING FLUID AT MC/?
SEE SEAL ON PISTON , CENTER HERE IT IS BAD.
SEEN HERE JUST ABOVE FIXING NUT.

seal 7 fails MC is 100% dead
blue arrow right some free play must be there.
purple arrow left is the charge port, if block MC is dead.
if no free play charge port is dead.
this is 1st things 1st rules. or the whole system goes dead.
the rear seal here 9 only stop leaks down both sides of the fire wall.
I got this from Superman , (xray vision)

You bike takes 4 plugs, 2 per cylinder depending on what manufacturer you use in your bike the number will change.
