Presume that the sound card is ok? then its a install or driver problem. delete the sound card in device manager. turn off, remove card, turn on and allow windows to load. turn off again. refit card turn back on.
You can find the driver for that motherboard HERE. As well as if you have a CT4670 Card, you can find the drivers for that HERE. Make sure that you enter CT4670 in the search entry.

Download the driver on this site...it's great I have the same card and copuldn't be happier with this driver and bundled software including mixer.
works on XP, Vista and Windows 7 none of which has creative labs made drivers for to go with this card
