Problems that can cause this problem are :
- gprs and wap configuration was not right or not activated. Some provider of SIM card require activation via message to send activation setting to your phone. After this activation, phone usually can connect to internet automatically.
Some of SIM card will configure this setting automatically after put in a phone, but other SIM card need manual configuration. Make sure you've configure internet connection in your phone properly.

- another problem is signal strenght or continuity. If you make a connection in closed building or other place with low signal, you may can't connect to the internet.

sir please call to the related simcard customer care and say the cellphone model number.and the phonenumber then they will send the gprs settings to your cellphone save the settings and switch off your cellphone and again switch on. then the cellphone connect to the internet...........

GPRS stands for General packet Radio Service. It is a technology that provides internet facility to mobile phones. To check Emails on your Nokia 6021 you first have to activate GPRS facility on your connection. For activation of GPRS contact your Customer Care number and ask them to activate GPRS facility and to send GPRS settings on your number. After activation of GPRS you can check Emails on your phone after proper email settings.

To Recieve MMS you should have activated MMS Service on your Number.Also your Phone must Recieved MMS Settings and Saved it.

u shud call ur service provider customer care so that they 'll send u the setting for gprs either automatic or manual.. cheers.. :)

well with the voicemail,go to more settings, call fowarding then all voice calls. it will tell u what ure number sould be if you reset it =)
