Is it producing water or not??? If no water is being produced, then check out this tip...

If you are making water and it is just going all over the place then, the little spout coming off the bottom of the coil, that runs the water into the bucket is clogged with dirt and you just need to take a small toothpick or knife and work the dirt out of the spout...

Check and clean filter. This can cause your problem

check the condensor coil for dust if it has dust clean it out let me know if this helps

Make sure that the coils of the evaporator are clean, and that the unit is getting proper airflow across the evaporator and condenser coils. Hope this helps

most likely the compressor is not producing pressures that are needed probably not low on freon .
