seems that you have a broken liquid crystal, sometime it can be fix, but most of the time it cant be fix, either way it will cost you the amount of a new one. Better to buy a new one instead.
mcdevito75 here, Timex.com should help. Also look for a small watch repair shop in your area for a replacement strap, and they may even have faster accesss to Timex.
Timex suggests that you have a watch repair person change your watch batteries. I think it would be a good idea to try and replace the battery, but if that fails to work, contact Timex for advice. If they suggest that you should replace the entire wath, keep the battery. I have no guarantee that any of that would work, though.
