Most Toshiba laptops and some desktop systems will bypass the BIOS password if the left shift key is held down during boot.

SOURCE: default bios password toshiba satellite a135-s2276

I have a Satellite A135-S2356 that had the same problem. I tried the solution from PCTServices above and it worked great.

"Power unit off. Disconnect AC power. Remove battery. Remove the memory cover screw, memory cover and the memory modules. Peel back mylar from JOPEN1 solder pad. Short JOPEN1 solder pads for 30 seconds. Replace mylar. Replace memory modules. Replace battery. Power up unit. If all is well, replace memory cover and screw."
Just short the two little solder pads and it worked great! I thought I would have to send it back to the manufacture but I am back in buisness. Thanks for the help.

what you need to do is pull both the laptop battery as well as the cmos battery. in some instances, the battery can be pulled, but on other models, i have seen the battery as an actual physical part on the motherboard or somewhere where it is not easily accessible, in which case you need to clear the cmos by using a jumper on the motherboard, since it is a laptop, they are all different. you may need to see if you can locate a copy of the motherboards schematics and go from there.

SOURCE: I need to reset the bios password on a toshiba

The BIOS password is removed by the BIOS configuration, you need the BIOS password to get into the BIOS configuration. But if you do not have the BIOS password then you need to construct this dongle device.
TOSHIBA BIOS PASSWORD DONGLE
You can build a dongle that plugs into the printer port.Purchase a 25 pin male D sub connector and solder insulated wires to the various pins as listed below. The pins are numbered on the connector
http://www.tilman.de/sonstiges/toshiba/dongle1.jpg this is a picture of the finished dongle

Wire the pins as follows :-1-5-10, 2-11, 3-17, 4-12, 6-16, 7-13, 8-14, 9-15
Plug the finished dongle in the printer port and power up the laptop. The password will be reset, go into the BIOS configuration to check the BIOS password, you may have to disable the BIOS password.

Testimonial: "thank you vary much, I will try it."

Online (conditions: the laptop can desktop access)
Toshiba gives services, online flash BIOS. Download and install software ACPI Flash BIOS, according to model of laptop.

How do I remove my toshiba bios password? When I turn on my computer it instantly asks me for my password (Bios). I am unable to even get into my windows

The way around a lost/forgotten BIOS password is to reset the password to the default BIOS password, which is: no password at all. A BIOS will accept a password, but will not set one by default.
The way to reset your BIOS password, since it is not stored in flash memory, but is stored in battery-backed ROM, is to (utilizing proper static control techniques) remove the CMOS motherboard battery (a button cell), leave it out of the computer for a few minutes, then re-install the battery, and reboot the system. This will remove the BIOS password (and reset all BIOS parameters to their default, including the BIOS password), and send you into MSWindows, where you'll be prompted for Windows passwords to each of the password-protected accounts on the computer.
In brief, your anti-static technique of choice is an anti-static strap clipped (via simple alligator clip) to the frame (ground) of the system. In a tower computer, ground would be the frame, whereas in your Toshiba laptop, a number of grounds are available, such as a screw securing an output port, or other means of grounding as specified in your laptop's service manual.

Here's a link to a how-to for replacement of the CMOS battery in a Toshiba L305-S5895 laptop.
