Bad valve seats. At idle or overnight the seals will leak oil past them and into the combustion chamber causing smoke . This is the most common problem with smoke. Can also be worn piston rings.

try by unplugin the oxigen sensors, specially if this car has been in an mufler shop for catalitics or mufler repairs, sometimes they are not to carrefull and might damage an oxigen sensor, this sensor are located on the mufler pipe, and they look similr to an spark plug.

recommend headers, with 2 1/2 inch true duel pipes, feed it to an aftermarket
cat, a must have, with all O2 sensors, then run Your pipes into some cherry
bomb glasspacks, then run it out to either comming out just in front of or
just behind the tires, with a turndown right before the quarterpanel wall.
