Check your ribbon. It may be jammed in your printer.

Fargo HDP500 didnt make any power on or off button you just need to remove the power cable direct from the printer and retuning it their also it will turn the power on

Fargo HDP5000 is the most stupid unpractical product and it waste our time and effort
I think HID must stop production of all Fargo Printers
I had a lot of problems everyday from this stupid expensive useless HDP5000
