Ok, if you are talking about the phone security code which was usually asked when the phone has been restarted, here is how we fix this.

You will need to enter in the wrong code until you are prompted to enter the PUK code. Click HERE to read how retrieve the PUK code.

ok go ur phone settings and click on reset phone but u will loss of ur files like songs,other or if u have memory card remove i do this and dont forget to remove ur sim also why means all ur phone contacts will be gone if the ohone ask the password type the first password when buyed the phone
