The noise my be do to vibration. Is there any spot on the dishwasher where you can put your hand to temporary stop the noise do to vibration? I’ll continue my answer after your feedback.
No a noise filter is a different kettle of fish. That stops electrical interference noise from affecting your television, radios and electrical devices.
The most likely source of the hum is the start capacitor on the motor, or the motor itself.
Humming or Grinding
If your Samsung dishwasher makes noise when starting that sounds like a low hum, it's part of normal function. The motor makes this sound as it operates throughout the wash cycle. However, a dishwasher making loud humming noise or grinding sounds could mean that debris is caught in the drain pump.
the first thing any dishwasher does is drain, so if its humming instead of the normal noise there will be a piece of glass or something similar stuck in the drain pump it will need to be removed and cleaned out
The pump probably has bones or food stuck in it. Take out the racks and see if you use a flashlight, whether you can spot anything in the area of the pump drain.
Fixed! I had the issue where the cycle would start, the KUDS30IXBL8 would hum 4-5 times and then drain. Plastic folk pieces jammed in the disposer. These instructions took a few minutes (only 5 screws and a couple clips) to figure out how to take it apart, and it only took 60 seconds to put back together. Hello,
Sounds like the water is either off or a flood safe hose is being used. The valve is energized and water is not flowing in, that is what the humming noise is.

How long its been you used the dishwasher last time...?
If you are getting an humming noise then Sounds like the water circulator pump is stuck. The motor tries to turn it (humming noise), but cannot. So a breaker trips (self reset). Not claiming this is actually the problem, but this is what the motor turns.
There is a recall on the control board of many of these models, butyour problem is likely not related. It sounds like a plugged drain system or a possible bad drain pump. That's why you are hearing the pump running constantly. I have written a guide to help. It is here. Thanks!
