Hello. Pls I have a problem with my doro easyphone 611. The screen goes blank. It just shows white.

Since this phone does not have a front facing camera, you will have to hold the phone backwards and away from you to get you in the picture. Once done you have to press the camera button on your phone top middle below your display screen. Best regards!!!!

Standard procedure when transferring contacts to another phone via bluetooth is, go to the to the phone's contact list and and press options. If the phone has bluetooth capability, it will display there "send VIA Bluetooth" as options. Select that option and make sure that the blutetooth of the recipient phone is enable. Once the main phone have searched the new phone, just press send and then acknowledge the business card on the new phone.
