If you are seeking help to reset iphone then here is the answer. Before you begin the reset process, make sure to take back up of your phone so that you do not loose your data.

1. Tap the setting app on homescreen
2. scroll down to general menu tab
3. scroll all the way to bottom and tap on reset menu
4. Now tap on Erase all content and settings if this is what you want to do
5. if you have set passcode you will need to enter it here
6. Tap erase iphone to continue
7.It will take approx 3 to 5 minutes for erasing all data and reset the phone
