I bought a leap frog xdi ultra used and don't know the 4 digit lock code and I didn't set it up so I don't know what email address was used. How can I access the parental controls to set up wifi?

Possibly call Support at the numbers shown on the manufacturer web site. (I am not posting phone numbers on FIXYA, because so many fraudulents spam postings here with phone numbers are malicious.)

Can't remember parent lock code. How can I refresh my memory?

For paren lock code when asked for the 4 digits press 1 9 6 then backspace then 8 7 hope that helps

Go to www.leapfrog.com
On the top right of the page click "My Account"
Sign in using the email address used to set up your LeapPad Ultra
You will land on the "My Account" page. Directly beneath your name, email address and email preferences, you will see your LeapPad Ultra 4 digit Parent Lock code.

Lina, sorry for the first answer. But really don't know if there is a general pass code. Most of the time there is a start code like 0000, but once you changed that, it is up to the one who changed the code. The only way to remove the code I think is to do a factory reset and reinstall every thing.

And to answer the last question. Don't think children are not on this site. The questions about children sites and questions about cheats for games for children are plenty. I don't know the age for using the leapfrog and I don't expect children under the age of 9, but you would be surprised to see how fast they learn to use sites, not meant for their age.
