Definately a memory problem.

The antenna might have loosened bit from the drop and now it cant get as good signal as it used to get.

Try to squeeze the phone a bit at speaker and back cover same time at top of the phone. Maybe this will get it back to its place.

Your phone screen might have the problem. This is commonly happen if you drop your phone on the ground. Best thing you can do to replace your screen with a new one. Have a free of charge repair if your phone are still covered with manufacturer warranty. But if not, just bring it to any phone repair center nearest you.

This is the software that should allow you to explore your phone and drag and drop files in to it. Don't erase any files from your phone if you don't know what they are though.

Your phone display is failed so you need to go to your nearest service center change the display spare regding this problam you can recive the calls and talk to your out going calls but you cant see the display call number

your unit experienced shock. due to fragility of the phone, your LCD might be broken, if not, the LCD connector needs to be refitted to its slot. If the problem is still the same, you need to replace ur LCD.
