SOURCE: I have a Gemini PS-540i

The only source would be from gemini themselves, give them a call and explain the situation.
If they no longer make / stock them, then they may well just say no. In that case you will have to source 3rd party compatibles. If they exist at all.

How do I open my mixer to repair the mic input jack

Gemini mixers are a hassle. You should take out all the phillips screws on the front, see if there4 are any on the side panels, and then see if it comes apart. If not, go for the screws on the back panel (the side and front /back ones). Be careful not to take out the one for the transformer (usually a big one or a nut). Peace.

Why mixer turns on but no sound come out, just a weird interfearance noise any ideas?

Be sure the inputs are OK and the amplifier is also working. It is probably the internal power supply but that is just a best guest.

How to hook up a gemini amplifier?

typically (unless your useing other gear besides mixer and amp) you'd come out of the L/R outs. ( Main outs ) to the Main inputs of the power amp then out to your speakers (outs of power amp). Now the amp could be in bridge mono or other factors but typically, like i said, just
Mixer Out- Amp In- Amp Out- Speakers.
