2.1 Touch Screen Calibration Prior to first use or whenever the touch screen reacts in a different place where you are touching it, start the calibration program. The procedure is as follows: 1. In Windows 7, Select "Start" - "Control Panel". 2. In Control Panel, select "Hardware and Sound". 3. In "Hardware and Sound" window, select "Tablet PC Settings". 4. In "Tablet PC Settings" dialogue, click "Calibrate" button. 2.2 User Gesture Instructions for the Touch screen The Touch screen supports single touch and rotational movements, enlargement and reduction multi-touch operations, and the user can transmit position information to the computer via touch. The touch screen uses a very low pressure movement recognition method, which only needs the finger to move lightly on the computer display screen or make a simple hand gesture to be detected by the main computer processor.

Just go to Settings>PC Settings>Update and Recovery>Recovery

Make sure you have all your data backed up on your external hard drive as all the settings will turn to factory as if it is a new PC.

Do you mean the touch function isn't working? Try reloading the lenovo drivers.
Do you mean the screen is dark or non functioning?
The usual cause is the flat cable from the body of the laptop to the screen is broken.

Either you have turn the Touch function off or the problem might be with the connection its might be loose. You can check in the control panel for Touch function. Or your keyboard might have quick function keys. The bottom of the keyboard has (fn) and another key on the keyboard will have the touchscreen icon.

And suddenly, what did you add, remove, change OS, bend, break...

Dell support could not find a solution Teck Suggested Lenovo Support

Lenovo Tech Support said it won't work , return it. I returned it . got a Dell touchscreen, It worked immediatly.

follow these steps
1. go to control panel
2. go to mouse settings
3. check mouse settings
4. restart your computer
If still its not working please check it with lenovo tech support as there might be hardware issue .
