Unit turns on but condensor dont kick in

We turned the air on for the first time this year on our duo-therm air conditioner in our camper and it blows warm air not cool

Need to pull the cover off and see if the compressor is comming on.If not have someone with electical experience check the contacter.Sometimes bugs will get under the contacts durring wenter.If it is running the freon is low

I'm purchasing a generator to power the Dometic Duo Therm Brisk Air A/C unit in my camper. How many watts does it draw?
You will need at least a 5000 watt generator to run that and a few lights etc... for the camper.
