depending on how good you are, you could try debugging or trying to find why the exe file isnt running. best solution usually is to get rid and re install it, or just get rid and let windows do things. ive turned mine off cos its lets just say, less than recommendable.
control panel then ad or remove hardware for XP or programs and features for Vista. remove it. if you do wish to continue using the program it can be re downloaded from the acer site free of charge. nice and easy exe install package. i would say that there isnt really much point in using it unless you go to a great amount of different networks regulary

Have you put the correct security wep key when it prompt you .you refresh the list and choose the preferred network.
