How can I get My mpc7085 to TURN ON - Coby MP-C7085 MP3 Player

For the MPC7085 all support can be reached, starting from next site:

In the page top right enter MPC7085. Next an overview for this player shows up.

When starting with this player, use the setup guide:

charge the batteries or if no battery in it buy one for it.if you do have batt return to place you got it and tell them to re place

Unfortunately, if the button is stuck it can't be fixed. The unit has a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. You will need the receipt in order to receive a warranty replacement.

You cannot order component parts - the entire mp3 player will need to be replaced - find out if you are still under warranty by calling Coby.

well im only a 12 year old really smart so what u can do is in back on it it says reset press on it and it will unfreeze
