Hi, H4 is a heater error. Try resetting it by the following; Enter #, interupt, Clear, interupt, display goes dead, enter 14 then print. That will clear the error code, however if you have a problem with the heater it will return. It is probably the thermal fuse has tripped, which is resetable by removing the fuser unit

It is a stapler rotation error. The stapling tray pressure arms become
dull at the tips, so when the stapler attempts to move into position to
make the staple it cannot move the guides out of the way.
First choice) Replace the (4) stapling tray pressure arms
(LSTPP0357FCZZ). After you replace them you'll see that the tips get
worn down, and wedge into place so that the black support plates cannot
move out of the way of the stapler. The black plates look warped, but
they aren't (I should say they always look like that).
They are fairly easy to get to. You do have to remove the finisher from
the copier. Remove the front and rear covers. Open the right door. Pull
the pins that retain the door. From there you'll see the arms. They can
be changed with a little maneuvering.
2nd Choice) Clip overtight wire ties to the stapler rotation home position sensor.
3rd Choice) Shake down the stapler to its bottommost position (wherever
it settles is fine). Adjust the flag that triggers the stapler home
position sensor. If I remember correctly its the narrow **** in the
flag.

During installation , use sharp ar205 developer and sharp ar021 toner cartridge. This shows you did not use developer or used the wrong ones, good luck.
