We have a large multiline system in which people can call your direct line and bypass the receptionist. But when someone calls our direct line the phone only rings 2 times and then sends them straight to voicemail. some peoples ring 3 times but most only 2. id like to adjust mine to at least ring 3 times.
i found the feature 871 i thought would help but it says denied by admin.
Ps our phone system admin says our phones are NOT adjustable if that tell you anything!
