your printer papper seting is change the correct size of your papper

Try this:

Check the printer configuration pannel in your computer.
Select papper size(envelopes) and change the weight.

My first idea would be to clean the feed roll . I am not sure what more to tell you right now without knowing where it is jaming.
You may also want to confirm that the machine is displaying the proper paper size and proper orientation in the paper tray. Often times if the paper is stopping, without the paper being damaged, the tray settings are incorrect. Look on the machine display and confirm the proper paper size and orientation. Those trays flex a lot and that simply may be your problem.

put machine oil on papper roller let run a few pappers intell it gets worked in then see if paper is sticking if this doesnt work blow it out with air in can there has to be papper jamming the papper side.

Power OFF/ON while holding the Panel Reset and No button, then access the tech mode and change the ADJUST in the TC type to 0 for USA.

Make sure the paper stops in the paper tray are set to the correct paper size. If one of them is not in the correct location the printer thinks it is a different size of paper. Also make sure the selector on the tray is set to the correct size. If all these are good you should reset all the settings to default.

change you feeder tray in the set up . shift to single papper size tray

look at the tire. read what it saids its the large print. the mach them you. you can also are they the same rims. now the shop that you took it to. by law they can not send you off there lot in a unsafe car. if they dont put them back tell them you have the papper work and if you get into a crash you will sue the shop and the person that put them on and the person who signed off on the papper work. but DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR PAPPER!!! they should not charge you its there fault. and if you can bring a camcorder with you.
