Hi,

from what I'm seeing for the dishwasher, an E1 error means that the door is not properly closed. So, please look at the door of the machine to make sure that nothing is broken or that the dishwasher isn't too full. Thank you.

This type of unit does not drain into the outside unit. It drains into a nearby interior drain, or just to the outside near Inside unit. If the unit is cooling properly, you're ok.

My mini split comfort star has an e1 error code, what does it mean

the E1 code is a communication error.First check for proper voltage at your condenser, then check all wire terminations between condenser and air handler. you should have LED's on your main board as well as your PFC board. if they show normal operation then chances are the main board is bad. be sure to check the ground .it must have a proper earth ground.

Won't self clean. I am getting an error messag FSE 1.

Most likely it is F5-E1 code. self clean latch will not lock. follow procdures below, but likely problem is failed lock motor
All F5-E Codes - Door Switch Defect - This occurs when the door switches do not match. If door is latched, disconnect power from unit and check wires and connections. If damage is found, replace appropriate part. If connections are not damaged, reconnect power and hold down any key until the F5 error clears. Once the F2 code appears, select 'cancel' and observe for one minute for errors. If door is NOT latched, disconnect power from unit and check wires and connections. If damage is found, replace appropriate part. If connections are not damaged, measure door switch (door open = latch open) and latch switch (unlatch = switch open) and replace either if defective. If corrections are made during any step, power should be reconnected and the unit should be tested. Press and hold any key to clear the error code and F2 code should appear. Select 'cancel' and observe for one minute for errors. If error continues, disconnect power and replace control.

"E 1 code error

E1 is a drain error. On the unit prior to mar 07 LG had a problem with wires breaking in the door. Turn off power supply, remove door panel and look for wires stuck in the insulation. Check continuity of the wires, if broken, splice and tape. Place insulation between black insulation and wires to prevent reoccurence.
