Middle wall of refrigerator is hot - GE GSS25LGM Side by Side Refrigerator

Definitely a clogged drain line. you will need to remove the back wall and pour hot water into the bottom middle in the back of the freezer compartment, one glass at a time, until it drains through to the drip pan at the bottom of fridge. It is a messy job but the results will save a good fridge.

it is intentional to keep condensation from forming...
now if it gets hot then there are other problems...

this is the wall between the freezer and the frg i think . it is warm when the compressor is running . and if hot / then look under neath unit and i thing you will fing the coils ar very dirty or the fan is not going or both . so clean coils every 3 to 4 times a year and repl fan if it has failed . and things will get better .. ,mm

Practically all refrigerators have what is called a "mullion heater" between the freezer and fresh food compartments. Otherwise, the wall separating the fresh food and freezer compartments would freeze as well as the fresh food compartment. Some heaters are a bit warmer than others according to brand of appliance.

the drain hole in the freezer is clog ,
open the freezer back wall and make sure the drain hole in the middle bottom under the coils is free al the way to the pan next to the compressor. you clean it with hot water and a pump, use hair dryer first if it is frozen on the top. good luck let me know if you need more help.

if the black pipes or outside evaporator gets very warm and there where you are telling me you have nothing to worry that is how its should be. wats the problem with the other fridges i will assist

There is a pipe with hot gas running through the middle wall to keep the gaskets dry but if itgets to hot probably the condenser coil behind the fridge is dirty ,unplugged it snd brush all the dust and dirt off .That willlower the temperature in the middle wall and it will cold better.

Hi. thanks for the question. the heat between the doors is normal . to solve . pull the fridge away from wall .remove back panel. clean all lint in coils .Dust in the coils causes the heat between the doors to get warmer . so cleaning of coils. will solve the problem thanks the appliance doc
