Status Light Problem

Is the status light yellow or red? If it is yellow, then check the dust filter cover. That cover might be off or not secure. If the status light is red and blinking, then try unplugging the TV for a minute. If the error doesn't resolve the TV needs service. If it is out of warranty, you might want to open up the set and look for any obvious problems on the circuit boards (scorch marks, soot, bulging or leaking capacitors (look like cylinders on tripods)).

I hope this helps.

Printer stops when printing should begin with red light in status

There is a few reasons that cause the status light to turn red, paper jam, paper empty, toner cartridge empty, cover open and waste toner cartridge full. The PC Smart panel utility should give you an exact fault condition. Hope this helps.

The lamp has run out of its operating hours which is normally 3000 hrs. Replace the lamp and you will be alright.

Laptop won't start-up

Can you tell me if the status lights on the power adapter and/or the battery turns on? Because you are telling me the status lights only stay on for 30 seconds, this should be a power connection problem.

One other possibility: can you tell me the climate environment of where you use your laptop?

Status light on, tv will not respond

if the "status" light is blinking red than you most likely have a fan failure going on inside the set. there are 5 fans in the tv and it could be any one of them.

No picture, no status light

This isn't a permanent solution, but it has worked for me. The first time I found out about this solution was when the status light went out on my Tatung. I just left it unplugged and didn't plugged it back in for about a month and a half just to see what it would do. When the status light came back on, I knew if it ever did it again, I could try the same thing. Well, a week ago last Sunday, the status light went out again, so I just kept track of when it went out and when I plugged the power cord back in to see if the status light would come back on. Today when I plugged the power cord in, the status light came back on. That was 9 days. I don't know if it could be less than that because the last time I plugged it back in to see if the status light would come on was around last Friday. So it might have worked sooner. Anyway, this seems to work for me. I don't know what is causing it to lose power in the first place, but at least I know what to do.
