Casio wavecepter 3365

I have the above watch and the screen is working fine and i can toggle the mades but cannot toggle the radio or start a manual receive , also the charge light is flashing despite a 2 day charge. please help xx

Get the code from the back of your watch and try going to the casio site for the manual. http://world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/ I was reminded of this by Noggins posts No if I could only figure out how to change the battery

and go to the section "Adjusting the Home Position"

This is a "calibration" procedure to get the motor of the analog movement back to the home position of 12:00. This worked for me, after replacing the battery.

Note that in this procedure the hour hand does not move separately, but moves with the minute hand. So to get the hour hand to move, you have to let the minute hand spin a number of times until you get the hour hand up to twelve o'clock.

Your CASIO needs CAPACITOR replacement. Capacitor is the cell accumulating energy from any source of light. Go to your closest watch repair shop and ask to fix it. You do not need to visit any particular CASIO dealer. All capacitors/batteries can be exchanged at any watch repair shop. Rate me, plz.

I got the watch repaired about 10 months ago where the battery indicator would show low battery, the hands would show midnight and then after about an hour the watch would be normal. I spent $135 to get the watch repaired at an authorized Casio repair facility in NJ and the technician said that inert gas Casio uses to keep moisture out had leaked out and moisture got inside which basically ruined the electonics. It seems that this watch has design issues. Unfortunately Casio does not stand behind their products. Now the same thing happens again 10 months after being repaired and the hands (analog) show a different time than the digital time.

I have a casio sport sea pathfinder spf-40 I cannot find my manual and the alarm keeps going off, one at 12 midnight and one at 7.15am and i cant remember how to turn it off please help ? andy

I had this problem with the Casio 2926 at midnight for many weeks and no matter which buttons I pressed, it carried on.
I solved it on my model, by going into alarm set mode (AL) by toggling button on lower left of watch face. Then using button on lower right, cycle through all (5?) alarm options and also check the tiny screen new the rim at top right of watch face marked with SNZ ALM SIG. If a little black box shows up on this screen, switch off the alarm or snooze, by pressing the button on top right.
Otherwise go to Casio and go through their instructions. The watch is not designed for easy use.

I can not include (switch on) hour alarm, do this model of he (it) own ?

Press button C (bottom right) until you "SIG" is displayed. Then press button "D"to toggle "OFF" to "ON".

I have taken this from the instructions for my Casio watch (different model) but I think it is likely to be the same.

If this doesn't work, you can download instructions for your watch by going to "Casio.com", selecting "support", then "manuals" then "watches"; accept terms and on the next page select "watch manual archive"

Enter the required number off your watch and click on "search".

I cant turn the hourly alarm off on my casio W-96H

Press MODE button to get to the AL (alarm) screen.
Press 12/24H button to toggle to the :00 screen.
Press ADJUST button to toggle SIG (signal) off.

G-shock Wavecepter is 1 hour to fast

(I posted this solution elsewhere but it should help you as well.)

Firstly, the manual that comes with these watches is absolute garbage,which is a stark contrast from the watches themselves. ( I love casiowatches - high value)

The good news is that Casio DID make a good manual for these wavecptor watches. If you go to this url

you will be at a spot where you can type in your 4 digit module numberand get a great document that tells you how to operate your unit andsome of how it works. (Adobe Acrobat - PDF file)

You should be able to hold in the "Adjust" button until the time zone starts flashing and push "Time Memo" and/or "Recieve" buttons until you are in the right time zone. Push "Adjust" again and your are done. The Manual above was very useful for me.

My G-shock wavecepter is 1 hour fast. I can't seem to get it to set to the proper time. I live in Oregon on in the Pacific Time zone. My watch is set to LAX. DLS is off and when I tried it on it jump to 2...

The solution involves holding down the adjust button until the time zone starts flashing, adjusting with the right 2 buttons and pushing the mode button to get to other options. You then finish by pushing the adjust button again.
