What size belts do i need for my poulan riding tractor model 733-864 42" deck 14.5 hp

Probably needs a new belt.You can buy a belt dressing and spray the belt once in a while. Its a special sticky spray for belts that slip.
That will keep you going for a little while.

Do a search on goggle for the make model and deck size and you can see the routing diagram.

Are you asking what size belt to use or are you asking what other size belt, like you want to use one a little smaller or a little larger? If that is the case, what difficulty are you having that you would need to do that? Did you put a Craftsman deck on a Poulan or something odd like that?

The deck belt is 144959 which is 1/2" X 95" and the drive belt is 140294 which 1/2' X 82", and can be found on amazon, here 1 2 95 Premium Belt Craftsman Poulan Ayp Husqvarna Replacement Belt 144959.... I hope this was helpful. cheers

More than likely, you are using a automotive belt not a "V" belt. Automotive belts are pretty tuff but can not stand up to the beating a mower takes. Go to your mower place and get the proper size "V" belt for your Poulan. Make sure it is both the proper size and a quality belt. I recommend "Gates" belts.

When you start your mower, start it with the engine at slow speed, to lessen the shock that the belts and clutches take.

you may have missed it but the diagram is on the deck , look closely you should see it, anyway it should look like an upside down t if you were siting and looking at it from the drivers position. you should have to remove only one pin to get the belt on and it would be on the right side of the deck

Hey...my name is Keith...im not sure which belt you are asking for...but the drive belt is a 37X61 and the deck belt is a 37X62..i hope this helps

it depends what kind of mower you have, i have a 38'' mower that uses a 14'' belt. 

yuo need the serial number model number etc and find a websiter who sells em or go to somwere that repairs mowers and have them order one
