So i turned it off agian. now an hour ago i turned it on agian first it flashed red then it turned blue with white spects and a white stripe dancing around the midle !!! I love this tv I have six kids and four grand children. I added a bed room an bath to a freinds house an finely got my dream tv i love thatbox and if you tell me it can be fixed i will be forever in your dept

The Optical Block probably needs to be replaced. This is a major tear down job and a very expensive
repair. Call HP center and see if they are willing to help with the cost of the repair and also to get a local Service out to confirm that it is a Optical Block problem.

I have a seven year Plasma TV HP PL5060. When I turn on the TV, I have sound but no picture, the screen display (power on) is a snowy blue screen and vertical pink stripe.
