To remove, you will need to remove four bolts on the top of the unit.
Unplug it first, then remove the two bolts nearest the wall first. It would help to place something under the front of the unit about two inches shorter, to catch the unit as you remove the front bolts. The bolts are long, so be prepared for a lot of turns. A ratchet helps. The unit will lower in the front as you remove the last bolt. There is a bracket screwed to the wall behind the unit, with a lip at the bottom that holds the back of the unit. After the front has lowered, lift the back up about an inch, and pull the whole unit away from the wall. Remember to pull the power cord out of the cabinet before moving the unit away. Hope this helps.

You can usually find exploded views and order parts by entering your model number here at the Sears parts site.
For some models, manuals are available free if a button shows up to the right of the parts listing.
Otherwise, you will need to order an installation / owner's manual from the parts list.
If it doesn't show up, you can contact support via phone numbers available through that page's links.

A lot of those you can replace the bulb without taking it down. There should be screws at the top that lossen up the vent in the front. Remove the vent, might have to open the door and slide it to the left (a little latch) then you should see a filter that just comes out and behind that is the bulb. I would try that before taking it down Forgot to mention that in the other e-mail.
