Hi. First, you need to have an installation disk.
To get one, you can download an iso image of windows xp
This can be downloaded directly as an iso image, that way all you do is download the iso, burn it to cd, and reboot computer with cd in the drive.

Just make sure you tell your bios to boot from cd first, and the disk should launch on its own when the computer boots up.

Here is the link to the retail version of xp with sp3, that way you don'y have to enter a code to install it!

This download is virus and spyware free, I should know, I had to use it myself on an on Dell optiplex gx240 taht I was building for my nephew.
