Did you setup your WiFi router correct. Did you make a user name with password on your Router? did you setup a WiFi login for that account on your smart phone?

sounds like there is a corrupt file ,, just do a factoory restore..that should solve your problems.. or you could go to the apps store and try downloading a wifi app..
