If your MediaTek tablet isn't loading even after a factory reset and system recovery, try these steps:
Ensure it's charged.
Check for hardware issues.
Test with a different charger.
Boot into recovery mode (search for the specific key combination for your tablet).
If the issue persists, contact MediaTek or the tablet manufacturer for support or repair.
I have a Proscan plt7810 & I have to hold the ON button I for a FULL 2 seconds. Check our manual. Push ON in; say 1000 one, 1000 two release button.(say it slllooowww)
First thing to do is try a soft reset. Hold volume up button and whilst holding it, hold power on button till it boots up. Really hope this works for you.
Holding the power button down for 10-15 seconds is considered a hard reset on most tablets. If it still won't load you can try doing a factory restore.
Make sure the tablet is powered off
Briefly tap the power button once, then hold the power button and volume down until you get the boot menu
There should be an option to factory reset or something to that affect
