Open thermistor in the fuser. Clear the code from service mode.

If the code comes back you must clean toner off the thermistor, or replace the thermistor or the fuser.
This indicates a problem with one of the thermistors in your fusing unit. You will need to replace, clean, or check your themistors and then use sim 14-1 to reset the error code.

It means that the thermistor in the fusing unit is open
which could indicate that it may have become faulty or is because of power fluctuations, a simple crop 14 reset should remove the error, but if it returns it should be looked at by a qualified sharp technichian

1- check the copy lamp on with sim.
2- replace the power unit.
3- replace the inverter.
4- replace the mcu pwb.
