name of a certain account they must have a utility for forgotten passwords and
account names which can send you an email containing both user name and
password if they do not have this
facility you might have to open another account remembering to make a log
of your user name and password Hotmail
they have a forgotten password link but you must have another email adress to
send your forgotten password to
just open up another email acc at hotmail/live.com eg: [email protected]

There are two ways.
First, if you know the BIOS password then most probably you know and would not have come to Fixya.
Two, if you do knot know it or have forgotten, which is most likely the case, then you must turn the laptop upside down and open up the bottom plates till you find a button cell. Remove the button cell for a few minutes and then reinsert it and screw back all the plates you opened. Turn the laptop upside up and power on. You will find that the BIOS password has been removed.
