Do a search for the device that has the (!) on it. You also could try just going to windows update and having it scan. Sometimes it will find them there. Also, if you're brave, you could delete those devices and let them be rediscovered on boot. Maybe then it can find the drivers. But since you reformatted, maybe not. Where are the original disks for the machine? The drivers are usually in there.
Always
get your drivers and specific software from the manufacturer of your
Laptop, Notebook or Desktop. They are usually free of charge.

usually one is able to download if available, by model
number,

as required.
If the driver is not
available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are
installing.
This is the best way of ensuring up to
date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!
