Hi, please do not use an SD card that has been used in a computer, use an original SD card meant for this particular printer. i.e. for MP C3500/4500

Service mode is 'Clear-1-0-7-stop (hold stop until machine goes into service mode).

Are you a tech? I suspect not. You need to remove the drum unit, disassemble, separate the drum from the development unit. Remove cover of developer unit, add developer, reassemble, and run SP2214 to calibrate.
This is NOT a procedure to be performed by an end user...no disrespect intended.

It would help to know the code. Like SCxxx.
