It tells me I have insufficiant memory storage I have deleted txt messages ringtones drafts etc. I have a memory card but it just holds my pictures. It has made me stop recieving text messages and is...
I had the same problem so I called AT&T and they solved the problem!!
1. Click 'Start'
2. Click 'Messaging'
3. Click 'Messages'
You should be in the screen where it shows all your text messages, not just one. If not, click the 'go back' key until you see the list of all your text messages.
4. Click 'Menu'
5. Choose 'Folders'
Your screen should be showing Deleted Items, Drafts, Inbox, Outbox and Sent Items folders.
6. Click 'Drafts' folder
7. Click 'Menu'
8. Choose 'Delete All'
After it has finished deleting, your screen should say To create a new message, etc.....
9. Click 'Menu' again
10. Choose 'Folders' again
11. Click 'Inbox'
12. Click 'Menu'
13. Choose 'Delete All' When its finished deleting it should say 'To create a new message, etc.....'
14. Repeat steps 9-13 for the Outbox and Sent Items folders as well.
15. Once you are SURE you have deleted all your messages in all the folders, click 'Menu', choose 'Folders', and choose the 'Deleted Items' folder
16. Once in the 'Deleted Items' folder, click 'Menu' and choose 'Delete All'
Since the Propel Pro is run by Windows, it's kind of like emptying the Recycle Bin on a computer. You delete the items and they go to a 'Deleted Items' folder, where you can 'Delete All' of the deleted items. I know it sounds confusing, but that is how you can get your 'Free Storage' back.
Once you've deleted your deleted items, (LoL) you can check your 'free storage' by going to "Settings" .. "More" .. "Memory Info" and the "Storage" (middle/orange folder) should have significantly gone down! I went from 89MB to 17MB!!
I really really hope this helps! Good Luck!!
If you still have storage problems, call 1-800-331-0500 and Dial 0 for customer service then dial 1 for technical support. They should be able to help you step by step! I really hope this helped! Good Luck again!!
