Need a manual for a RYOBI Model RY30530.

This may be one of those situations where specifically applied brute force may be appropriate.

You can't use the blade on most string trimmers unless you have a brush cutter style then you would unscrew the trimmer string head and attach the blade with the adapter that came with the unit.

push the 2 tabs in on the cutter attachment and pull the outer case off to expose the spool

50 to 1 mixture...1 pint of 2 cycle oil to 6 gallons of gasoline

I'm not quite sure what part you're refering too.

I just found out that the string head adaptor (arbor?) has left-handed threads...so try loosening it the other way. Here it is:
