Panasonic KX-T7730-when receiver on hook plays on hold music

On system KX-TA308, phone receiver on hook plays on hold music like the phone has been put on hold. When receiver off hook, phone is set up correctly and does not play on hold music.

    We have problem with Advance hybird system KX-TA308+kx-T7730 (When we received phone call on 3-landline numbers) ringing all attach telephone. Kindly help us how we set ring on main telephone.

The music source plugs into the EXT MUSIC port of the Panasonic System cabinet. It could be one or two jacks on the side of the box or the MPR card. Whatever supplies the music would need to be reprogrammed. In the USA, it's illegal to play unlicensed music on hold without paying a fee.

Press "1".

If someone pressed "1", it will play your hold music. Just press "1" again to deactivate.

I need help setting speed dials on a Panasonic KX-T7730!!

Hello, from the Switcboard / Main telephone ( usually ext 101, 10 or 9 ) with the handset on the cradle press Program * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234). Now press 001 and then SP-PHONE. Enter the system speeddial location ( 00 to 99 ) or just press SP-PHONE again to go to 00. Now enter your line access number ( usually 0 or 9 ) followed by the telephone number you would like to assign for the speeddial. Now press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your setting. To go to the next speeddial location press SP-PHONE and follow the above steps again. Press Program to exit program mode. To dial the system speeddial from any extesion lift the handset and press * followed by the speeddial location ( example 00 )
