Your motherboard's Sound Driver is Realtek High Definition, you can download it from this link http://www.download3k.com/MP3-Audio-Video/Encoders-Decoders/Download-REALTEK-High-Definition-Audio-Driver.html But this isn't only the required driver to run your sound card there's another driver called UAA bus driver for high definition audio. If you haven't installed it, you can do it from here; http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOUND-CARD/OTHER-SOUNDCARDS/Microsoft-UAA-Bus-Driver-for-High-Definition-Audio.shtml. You have to install the UAA bus driver before you install the Sound driver, otherwise your sound card will not be detected. Good luck

Your sound drivers are going to come either from your motherboard manufacturer's website or from the manufacturer of the sound card if you have a discrete card. You will not be able to find sound drivers with just your CPU model information. Good luck

install the sound card drivers for your motherboard. if u have your motherboard CD with you, u can install the drivers from it. If u dont have that download the software "Driver Max" .. www.drivermax.com , install it and run. it will automatically detect all the hardware of your PC and installs the drivers automatically.
