Question about Canon PowerShot A560 Digital Camera
I spilled coffee in the console of my car where my camera was sitting. I tried drying it in rice and now it has a blank white screen. I checked the memory card and it is taking good pictures, just nothing on the screen. I tried whacking it on the desk, still nothing, but wonder since the screen lights, if it's something in the printed circuitry that I can't fix. Of course it's out of warranty

unfortunately since the problem is on the hardware (lcd screen), there is no way of fixing it except from the people of the service center.

You probably just need to format the card in the camera. This will completely erase it so download any pictures you want to save first.
